WE DO NOT TRY TO GUESS DELIVERY DATES. OUR ORDERS ARE PACKED AND SENT WITHIN 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS ARRANGED VIA EMAIL. BACKORDERS WILL NOW AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL AFTER WE CONTACT YOU. IF YOU WISH THE BACK ORDERED ITEM TO BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY WE WILL BILL YOU FOR ADDITIONAL POSTAGE UPON NOTICE. All International Packages are marked MERCHANDISE on the customs form. Please do not ask for your package to be marked as a Gift or Sample.

NB We will NOT respond to Retail orders that are below the Minimum Order Requirement of $12.00 for our customers.
**International Customers-If you want a Postal Tracking Number included in your shipping cost for orders under $100.00 please request it with your order.It will cost $9.45 (USD Dollars)
Please be aware we always have a queue of approx 7 business days of orders ahead of us so please allow that before the time of despatch.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds only issued on returned items at cutomers expense and seals are intact. You must have an authorization number or credit will not be received. Refunds on defective merch only.
Claims: We prefer in all cases before you put a claim in with pay pal you speak with us first, as it has never happened to us in many years of business we were caught off guard when the courier company didn't arrive on time and our customer claimed against us, we are not hard to get along with so please discuss with us first!
